How to gain weight- the fast way.

  1. Set ‘healthy’ targets, like missing breakfast, or perhaps delay lunch for hmm let’s say four hours?
  2. Get into the mindset of a healthy person– this is your new alter-ego. Go on; give him or her a name.
  3. Once you have successfully binged on bread crumbs on an empty stomach, imagine two months later when everyone sees you at a reunion and you look toned, slim, and everyone will say: “you look fabulous!”
  4. You may even fall in love, get a more successful job and have a kinder personality.
  5. After travelling the worl-
  6. One day later, you find biscuits. What? You’ll only have one of course.. but the damage has already been done!
  7. Anyone for a takeaway?
